**Back in stock** Edinburgh Honey Co have been keeping bees in their family since 1957. They are a third-generation beekeeping family originally from Poland and pride themselves in the fact that their honey is sustainably sourced and ethically produced from their bee hives in Scotland and some varieties from their Polish family hives. All their honey ranges are natural, raw and unprocessed. They have unique honey infusions, and make handcrafted beeswax products – all with a commitment to zero waste and plastic-free packaging. Edinburgh Honey Co has Award-Winning Honey and is loved Across the UK.

Lemon and Ginger infusion is a wonderful pairing of unwaxed Lemon zest with Ginger powder. All creamed to perfection with Edinburgh Honey Co Scottish Rapeseed Honey.

This is delicious added to hot water or tea or on toast.

This honey is known to help with symptoms of hay fever in the spring as it is rich in pollen. It works best if you start taking this honey a few months in advance of the hay fever season to allow your immune system to get used to pollens.

Honey, lemon peel (<1%), powdered ginger (<1%).

May contain  traces of mustard seeds, dried celery, sesame seeds and beeswax.
