Ginger and Lemon Infusion

Lemon and Ginger infusion is a wonderful pairing of unwaxed Lemon zest with Ginger powder. All creamed to perfection with Edinburgh Honey Co Scottish Rapeseed Honey.

This is delicious added to hot water or tea or on toast.

This honey is known to help with symptoms of hay fever in the spring as it is rich in pollen. It works best if you start taking this honey a few months in advance of the hay fever season to allow your immune system to get used to pollens.

Ingredients 

Honey, lemon peel (<1%), powdered ginger (<1%).

May contain  traces of mustard seeds, dried celery, sesame seeds and beeswax.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
