Gingerbread Spiced Honey Is a delicious blend of warm spices mixed with Edinburgh Honey Co Scottish Rapeseed Honey. 

 It is delicious in a cup of coffee, hot milk or spread on toast  and pancakes. 

Rapeseed honey is known to help with symptoms of hay fever in the spring as it is rich in pollen. Works best if you start taking this honey a few months in advance of hay fever season to allow your immune system to get used to pollens.

Ingredients 

Rapeseed honey, cinnamon, nutmeg cloves, ginger, cardamon, white pepper.

May contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
