Scottish Signature Honey

The Scottish Bee Company was founded in 2017 by Suzie Millar and her husband Iain they live in Edinburgh and have bee hives. It was founded due to a love for honey bees and the environment and they have bee hives throughout Scotland. 

The Scottish Bee Company's Signature Honey combines the nutritional benefits of The Scottish Bee Company's Heather honey with the unique sweetness of their blossom honey.

The bees forage on a mixture of lowland wildflowers and crops and the heather found on the mountainous and rugged terrain of Scotland. Every batch is unique, no two batches are the same as the taste is determined by the flowers that the bees forage on each season.

This sweet and creamy blend is delicious spread on toast, or to add a kick to your cooking.
