Three Bridges Honey is a product of the amazing honey bees at L&A Apiaries based in Rosyth.
L&A Apiaries and Garden is a small family enterprise based in Rosyth, Scotland. Promoting beekeeping, gardening and a sustainable lifestyle.
These hives for the Three Bridges Honey are currently in Markinch, Freuchie, Ladybank and Collessie (Three Bridges Honey line - black and gold)
The owner is a registered beekeeper, a local association's committee member and a beginner beekeepers' mentor at their teaching apiary.
Beekeeping is their passion and they keep bees to work as closely as possible with nature and the environment.
Unlike most honeys on the supermarket shelves, L&A Apiaries honey is all 100% local, unblended, cold extracted, coarsely filtered and unpasteurised therefore all the natural nutrients are intact in every jar of this "liquid gold". Their bees forage from the nectar and pollen of a variety of wildflower, tree and shrub blossoms in their Apiaries in Fife, Scotland.
Three Bidges Honey is produced by locally adapted bees, extracted in small batches and every jar can be traced back to the colony which produced it.
It is available in 227g jars.
